"Dear Mike, It’s with pleasure that we talk about our experiences with you. You built us a 2,800 square foot house in 2005. This job was done on a cost-plus basis and it came in under estimate and on time. We are very pleased with the workmanship and with your coordination of the work done by the various subcontractors. In 2009, you built us an 800 square foot pool house. Here again the building came in under budget and on time. The workmanship is of very high quality. There were several challenges in organizing the drainage around the pool house, and these were met successfully. The pool house also involves a very large covered area which is exposed to high winds in the winter. The structure has proven to be totally solid and effective. In 2011, you helped us make numerous revisions to a house we owned in Austin. This included making changes to the foundation to help control a flooding problem. Again, the work was done on budget and in time. We have enjoyed working with you on these various jobs. We especially valued your willingness to listen to our suggestions, and to help us find cost effective solutions.
